TOBY Award from BOMA in the Renovated Building category (Orange County) for 1300 Quail Street, Newport Beach commercial renovation completed for Turner Real Estate Investments.

Caliber completes high end retail with multiple highly customized features at Angels of Anaheim Stadium for signature lifestyle brand Oakley.

2012

Caliber Construction, Inc. completed complex TI project for UGS/Siemens in Cypress Business Park during ongoing UGS/Siemens operations.

Caliber completes landmark $12M interior/exterior renovation for Amada USA.

Calibers project for Vans, Inc. wins coveted Citation Award for interior design.

Brea office opens after Caliber completes top to bottom refurbishment of 9,000 sq. ft. former rubber gasket manufacturing space.

Caliber purchases Placentia office building and surpasses $10M in annual revenue.

TEST Caliber Construction launches with two founders (Doug Bassett & Jim Roy) in Anaheim, CA and begins multi-decade service to wider Los Angeles basin.
