German-led Siemens AG, the largest engineering company in Europe, operates in 190 countries worldwide yet has its biggest market in the U.S. With Siemen’s move to space in the Warland Cypress Business Center, Siemens secured Caliber’s involvement in reconfiguring the 11,000 sq. ft. space.

INSIDE THE PROJECT
- Construction included a raised floor to ease future reconfigurations of the space with relative ease.
- A significant number of collaborative workspaces were included in addition to the more traditional individual office construct to accommodate for varying working styles.
Caliber worked in multiple phases to renovate the entire building without requiring the tenant to vacate.
