vansAction sports powerhouse Vans, now a $2B company, needed a 110,000 sq ft space in the City of Cypress to be as unique as their brand which has a long history as an iconic “born in California” with now 50 years celebrating the heart of youth culture.

Vans tenant improvements were reflective on Caliber’s strong support to create brand-centric interiors.

INSIDE THE PROJECT

  • Caliber collaborated with Pollack Design to complete the space according to their design plans.
  • The space paid homage to their heritage as a skateboarding and lifestyle brand leader with features such as a mock structure that traversed from the lobby to the marketing conference rooms that evoked a snowboarding pipeline.
  • Bold black and white graphical elements mirror the brand’s bold image.
Caliber ensured the abbreviated schedule was met without compromising Van’s desire for a space to reflect their special youth action sports sensibility.
